Everything is included! We provide the bar, bartenders, alcohol, and all other beverages. Each bar service also includes a water station, disposable cupware, all pop, soda, and juices, specialty cocktail ingredients, bartender toolkit, 2lb of ice per person, 50km of travel from Jordan, ON, and bar setup and teardown. Add-ons include coffee stations, espresso services, generator rentals, and additional travel.
Click the "Contact" button and submit an inquiry form. You'll then access our packages and pricing page to make your bar selections. After submitting your proposal, we'll review your choices and confirm availability. A signed contract and a $1200 + HST deposit are required to reserve your date.
After creating your bar menu, we generate an alcohol shopping list and purchase everything at LCBO prices. We deliver it to your event using our delivery permit. At the end of the service, we tally the opened items and present your final bill. You keep any opened but unfinished items, and we return anything unopened. Note: We charge a prepayment per guest for alcohol and issue a refund if your prepayment exceeds consumption.
We start by sending you a questionnaire to understand your bar preferences. Using your responses, we craft a customized bar menu. If you've chosen signature cocktails, we'll host a tasting evening for you to select your favorite. Then, sit back and relax while we prepare for your amazing bar experience!
For events on commercial or public property, a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) is required. For private property events, no additional permits are needed. The Mobile Mixer is fully insured, but we recommend hosts check their own insurance coverage.
